Pay: $15.25 - $17.51 per hour

We are seeking a reliable Custodian to help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment both inside and outside our facility. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and making a difference through your attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Collect and dispose of trash, debris, and cardboard
• Operate cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers
• Restock restroom and janitorial supplies
• Assist with basic facility maintenance such as changing filters, replacing light bulbs, and moving furniture
• Maintain exterior walkways and entrances, including snow and ice removal during inclement weather
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We're Looking For:

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periods
