Industrial Janitor - 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Industrial Janitor to join a manufacturing team. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with a company that values safety, teamwork, and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized production and work areas
• Clean up oil absorbent pads and other industrial waste around equipment
• Remove trash and transport waste containers throughout the facility
• Move empty containers and barrels using a pallet jack
• Clean standing water and assist with housekeeping in designated work areas
• Support overall plant cleanliness and organization following safety and 6S/TPM standards
• Perform additional general cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a pallet jack
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Able to lift, push, pull, and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workplace
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
