Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep CNC and production equipment running at peak performance. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving and teamwork.

You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and other production equipment
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, transmissions/gearing, pumps, and gas ovens
• Perform maintenance on CNC mills, CNC punch, large bandsaws, welding machines, robots, lasers, press brakes, hydraulic presses, and broach machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical documents
• Maintain equipment per mechanical trade practices, tools, and materials
• Collaborate with coworkers and operators to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Continuously improve skills and support process improvements

You Bring:

• Strong troubleshooting ability across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of CNC and industrial equipment (see list above)
• Knowledge of building codes (desirable)
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills
• Personable, team-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
