A specialized industrial processing facility is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep production, processing, packaging, and material-handling equipment operating reliably.

This is a hands-on maintenance position for someone who can diagnose mechanical problems, complete preventive maintenance, and respond effectively when equipment goes down. The strongest candidates will bring previous manufacturing or industrial equipment-repair experience and a practical, problem-solving mindset.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production and processing equipment
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Respond to breakdowns and identify the source of mechanical failures
• Repair or replace bearings, belts, motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and related components
• Support basic electrical troubleshooting based on experience
• Maintain packaging and material-handling equipment
• Make mechanical adjustments to improve equipment performance
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility repairs
• Document completed maintenance and communicate recurring concerns
• Maintain an organized work area, tools, and replacement parts

What We're Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, millwright, equipment-repair, or maintenance-mechanic experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair ability
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and industrial maintenance equipment
• Ability to diagnose problems rather than relying entirely on step-by-step instruction
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and maintenance documentation
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, valves, or similar processing equipment is valuable
• Dependable attendance and consistent availability for first shift

This is not an entry-level maintenance-helper position. Candidates need enough previous experience to independently complete common mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Industrial processing and manufacturing environment
• Extended standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing
• Regular lifting and handling of tools, parts, and equipment components
• Work around operating machinery, industrial noise, and changing temperatures
• Use of required personal protective equipment
