Technicians may be responsible for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems depending on the facility. Work environments range from automated production floors to heavy industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Work with PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues
- Document repairs and maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with PLCs and industrial controls preferred
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or on-call as needed
