Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, motors, and mechanical systems
- Perform electrical work including sensors, motors, drives, limit switches, relays, and controls
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform machine adjustments, part replacements, and line changeovers
- Use multimeters, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Work with production teams to maintain safe, efficient operations
What You Bring
- Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment efficiently and safely
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus but not required
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, or automation
- Preventative maintenance program experience
- Basic fabrication/welding capabilities
- Food production or metal fabrication environment experience

- Entry-Level Industrial Maintenance Techs: Earn up to $25/hr depending on experience and skill set
- Advanced / Multi-Craft Technicians: Earn up to $38/hr based on electrical ability, troubleshooting skill, and equipment knowledge
