We're hiring for an Industrial Maintenance Technician position with a manufacturing company in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and helping keep production running efficiently. Enjoy a consistent day shift schedule with three-day weekends every week.

What you'll do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues
• Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards

What you need:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work safely around production equipment

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Days/hours: Monday-Thursday, Day Shift
