We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical expertise, including 480V experience, to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment to keep production moving.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V three-phase power
- Diagnose and maintain motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and related components
- Work with mechanical, hydraulic, robotic, and pneumatic systems as needed
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and minimize downtime
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with proven electrical skills
- Strong knowledge of 480V systems and three-phase power
- Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, and industrial automation equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts if required
