We are actively hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians for multiple openings throughout Champaign County. If you can troubleshoot machinery, keep production running, and handle mechanical or electrical repairs, we want to speak with you.
These are long-term opportunities with established manufacturers offering competitive pay, overtime potential, and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance
Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures
Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
Support production uptime and minimize downtime
Read schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical maintenance experience, electrical maintenance experience, or both
Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and industrial machinery
Knowledge of 1-phase and 3-phase motors
PLC troubleshooting experience is highly preferred
Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
Manufacturing, food production, packaging, or industrial maintenance backgrounds preferred
Schedule:
Openings available on all shifts
Highest demand on 3rd shift candidates
