📍 Marion, IN | $60K-$85K Annually | Direct Hire | 1st & 3rd Shifts Available

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Worker for a direct hire opportunity in Marion, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager with technical assessments, hands-on repairs, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance technicians
• Modify and design control circuitry for existing equipment
• Perform maintenance on AC/DC control circuitry, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), microprocessor controls, and power distribution systems
• Identify and implement improvements to the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently within set timeframes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Consistent and reliable work history
