Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of industrial equipment and structures. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
• Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
• Mix and match paint colors to specifications
• Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to standards
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean work area
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in industrial or commercial painting preferred
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
