Express Employment Professionals - Brookfield is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Broadview area that is expanding its production team. We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Painter who has experience working with spray equipment and coating metal components.
This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in industrial equipment painting, machine painting, or automotive body painting who are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Spray paint steel beams and industrial equipment prior to customer delivery
- Operate spray guns and industrial painting equipment inside an enclosed paint booth
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, masking, and staging parts for paint application
- Apply coatings evenly and according to production and quality standards
- Work with equipment and materials ranging from small components to large structural pieces
- Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for paints and coatings
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an industrial painter, machine painter, or auto body painter
- Experience using spray gun painting equipment
- Ability to work with steel beams or metal fabrication components
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure proper coating quality and finish
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
