- Set up machines and adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times
- Monitor production runs and inspect parts for quality and defects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, molds, or materials
- Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, machine settings, and issues
🛠️ Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in injection molding or a similar production role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Self-motivated with good time management and problem-solving skills
- Consistent and reliable work history
