Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines in a fast-paced production environment
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report any issues to maintenance or supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and packaging finished goods
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding process development
- Knowledge of scientific molding principles
- Basic understanding of injection molding tool design
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to train and support team members
- High School Diploma or GED required
