What You'll Do
As the Mold Technician, you'll be the expert who keeps injection molding work cells running smoothly:
- Set up and program injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments to optimize runs
- Train and mentor production operators
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Configure assembly fixtures and tooling for different production needs
What Our Client Is Looking For
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience (injection molding experience is a plus!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical documentation and enter machine parameters
- Team player who enjoys teaching others
$23-23.50/hour to start depending on shift. We have day, swing and grave available!
