Qualifications:
- 2+ years inside sales, customer service in a professional setting, or administrative experience
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and objections effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a goal of building long-term relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
