Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in an Inside Sales & Customer Service role. This is a dynamic position where each customer has unique needs, so flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, tailoring solutions to individual client needs.
- Learn and adapt to our current system as well as a new system within the next 12 weeks.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with the team and support overall business goals.
- Work effectively in an open office environment with minimal distractions.
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to handle varying tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) and Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch).
