Responsibilities
- Assist customers and clients with inquiries about LED lighting products and configurations
- Process phone orders and close sales while providing product support and troubleshooting assistance
- Provide tracking information and product details via email, answer questions regarding products and services
- Pass qualified leads and large bids to the Sales Department
- Follow up with key clients to maintain strong relationships
- Assist with product shipments, inventory adjustments, and warehouse tasks
- Put away shipments and retrieve products using safety ladders
- Safely lift, carry, and handle boxes and materials as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales
- Strong phone sales and customer support experience with the ability to work independently and resolve problems effectively
- Physically capable of lifting boxes, handling inventory, and using safety ladders
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Interest in LED lighting technology and control systems, Electrical and/or lighting experience is a PLUS
- Proficiency with Excel and Word (computer-based role)
- Self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic, and able to build rapport with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create lasting customer relationships
