INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Role Overview This long term temp to hire role oversees all inside sales activities - from strategy development to channel performance and stakeholder insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual forecasts and sales strategies to meet company objectives
• Analyze data and monitor key sales metrics
• Build and execute market growth strategies and competitive countermeasures
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team toward individual and collective goals
• Conduct regular training to improve skills and product knowledge
• Manage the full order entry process, open orders, and customer service functions
• Oversee the sales pipeline and nurture leads through the sales cycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and opportunities
• Build key customer relationships and use promoter score methodology to track and improve service quality
• Partner with Sales and Service teams to deliver superior channel partner and customer support
• Maintain consistent attendance; flexibility for variable schedules as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in sales and/or leadership
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to travel as needed
