Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

We are a global leader in industrial solutions, supporting the world's best-known brands through innovative manufacturing and consultative expertise. We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Own revenue and margin targets for an assigned customer base
• Process orders, prepare quotes, and manage customer communications by phone and email
• Qualify inbound sales leads within 24 hours and follow up to convert within 2 business days
• Complete customer quotes 24 hours before deadline; follow up within 48 hours of submission
• Manage CRM records for leads and opportunities; log all activities and call notes
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams to fulfill customer needs
• Handle customer complaints, billing inquiries, and credit resolutions
• Support outside sales reps with discounting, pricing, and new order targets

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment
• Associate degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated and effective both independently and on a team
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
