Installation Service Technician

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Installation Service Technician with experience in security and alarm system installation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, alarm panels, wireless systems, and CCTV installation. This role requires physical ability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Napco Intrusion Systems, DSC Alarm Panels, Honeywell Vista Systems, and Lynx Opius wireless systems.
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and related equipment.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Napco Intrusion Systems, DSC Alarm Panels, Honeywell Vista Systems, Lynx Opius wireless, and CCTV installation.
• Ability to lift UP to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass all hiring requirements, including background checks and any required certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
