Key Responsibilities
- Install bath systems, surrounds, fixtures, and related components according to company standards
- Take accurate measurements to ensure proper fit and quality installation
- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Load, transport, and unload materials using your personal truck and company-provided trailer
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and provide an excellent customer experience
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Carpentry experience required
- Strong measuring and math skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal truck (company provides trailer)
- Ability to lift and transport materials as needed
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Desire for long-term career growth
What We Offer
- Starting pay $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
- Pay increases, bonuses, and commission opportunities
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule (7am-4pm)
