Job Summary:
Bell Brothers is seeking an Insulation Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level, full-time role involves learning to install attic insulation systems (cellulose and fiberglass) on residential properties while gaining hands-on experience with tools and techniques. The apprentice will support experienced technicians, perform physical labor indoors and outdoors, and deliver excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading trucks with materials, tools, and equipment.

Help assess homes and prepare surfaces for insulation installation.

Learn to install insulation systems according to company and manufacturer guidelines.

Operate insulation equipment under supervision.

Support quality checks and ensure installations meet company and industry standards.

Maintain clean and safe job sites.

Track materials, time, and document work accurately.

Communicate professionally with supervisors and clients.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

0–3 years’ experience in HVAC, insulation, or construction-related work.

Valid driver’s license.

Strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in attics or confined spaces.
