Job Description:
We are currently looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Insulation Helpers. This position focuses on assisting with the installation of blown-in insulation in residential homes. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a team, and has the drive to earn more through performance, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the installation of blown-in insulation in attics
· Load, unload, and set up insulation equipment and materials
· Maintain a clean and safe job site
· Support lead installers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
· Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
· Strong work ethic and reliability
· Ability to work in attics, tight spaces, and varying temperatures
· Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing, etc.)
· Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
· Willingness to learn and grow within the company
