Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-driven Insurance Clerk who is eager to learn and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll support our clients with insurance-related questions, policy changes, and service needs while helping maintain the high standards our team is known for.

Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and consistently
• Under-promise and over-deliver
• Greeting customers warmly as they enter the office
• Answering incoming calls on the first ring
• Processing policy change requests
• Completing Evidence of Insurance requests
• Accepting premium payments
• Verifying and updating customer contact information
• Returning phone messages promptly
• Responding to inquiries, cancellations, and sales requests within set timeframes
• Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Processing customer renewals
Requirements:
• Already have insurance license
• Coachable, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Strong self-starters with a sense of urgency
• Excellent at follow-through and follow-up
• Skilled communicators with strong interpersonal abilities
• Professional on the phone and in person
• Customer-service oriented
• Motivated and driven
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Able to thrive in a business-casual, white-glove service environment
