Insurance Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty License

Located in tigard, OR

We have a fantastic opportunity with a locally owned, independent insurance firm in Tigard. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team with experienced leadership in a supportive and professional environment.

This role is sales-driven, with a focus on helping individuals and families find the right auto, home, renters, and potentially commercial coverage. While you'll handle some light customer service-like answering policy questions or assisting with minor updates-your main focus will be building relationships and growing your own book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and help clients obtain new insurance coverage
• Quote and bind policies across personal lines (auto, home, renters) and possibly commercial lines
• Provide customer service support by answering questions and making small updates to policies
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads to convert them into long-term clients
• Proactively grow your book of business through referrals and follow-up
• Work with agency leadership to review and adjust commission structure as your book grows
