Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory and Cooler Assistant to support our warehouse and inventory operations. This role is responsible for tracking stock levels, performing regular physical inventory counts, ensuring proper stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness in the cooler and storage areas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in cooler environments and have a solid understanding of inventory practices, particularly with perishable goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily physical inventory checks on all products.
• Conduct weekly inventory audits on all packing materials and supplies.
• Track stock levels, report discrepancies, and update inventory records accurately.
• Ensure proper rotation of perishable goods to minimize shrinkage and waste.
• Assist with organizing, lifting, and moving stock as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly cooler and inventory areas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a cooler or cold storage environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and shrinkage control.
• Familiarity with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other rotation methods for perishable goods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods.
