Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $20.00-$30.00/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - Done (end time varies by project)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
- Perform seasonal services including spring start‑ups and fall blowouts
- Diagnose issues with valves, heads, controllers, and underground lines
- Adjust and optimize system coverage for proper watering and efficiency
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Previous irrigation or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand irrigation layouts and controller settings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and ability to work well with a crew
