Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support that makes users wonder if you're secretly a wizard
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and other hardware issues without breaking a sweat
- Perform software updates, system patching, and preventative maintenance to keep things running smoother than fresh thermal paste
- Configure and deploy new computer systems for end users-may contain the satisfaction of unboxing new tech
- Document support tickets and procedures clearly so future you doesn't have to guess
- Travel to client sites to save the day with on-site support when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient with Windows and macOS (yes, both-because you're just that good)
- Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize like a pro
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior IT support, help desk, or tech repair experience
- Familiarity with ticketing or RMM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or NinjaOne
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP-your bread and butter)
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or similar
