Express Employment Professionals - Cookeville is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to design, maintain, and secure our clients' technology systems. This role will focus on infrastructure reliability, network performance, security compliance, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure or system administration preferred
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, Dell/HP server management preferred.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, macOS, and virtualization (Hyper-V, KVM)
• Skilled in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of security principles, firewalls, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tools
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
