What You'll Do:
- Be the first line of tech support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues to keep scoring systems and office tech running flawlessly
- Assist with password resets and user account management
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install essential software and updates
- Track and document support requests in our ticketing system
- Escalate advanced issues to senior IT team members when needed
- Deliver friendly, professional support to staff and event personnel
