Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Custodian to join our team. As an Overnight Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe environment for the facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift, bend, and kneel
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
