Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A strong mechanical aptitude or an automotive background is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software/ ability to understand and utilize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system. ERP & CAD experience is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, management, and other divisions.
• A clean driving record is required to manage travel and on site customer visits within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales and maintain existing accounts in assigned territories by building strong relationships with key personnel and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Provide technical inquiry responses, conduct field tests, and offer technical support to customers and the sales team to ensure proper product specifications and performance.
• Research and investigate new account opportunities, analyze competitor trends and strategic data, and provide technical data for sales promotion.
• Prepare estimates and summary items in approved formats, follow up with customers, and verify purchase orders to ensure accurate entry into the system.
• Coordinate with the factory (in the US, Japan, and Mexico) to manage inventory and delivery, and communicate market requirements to management for product development.
