Junior Accountant

This is more than just a numbers role, you’ll be a key support for our fast-growing business, ensuring our financials run smoothly while keeping our customers and team supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Handle full-cycle accounting tasks including AR, AP, billing, collections, deposits, and reconciliations

• Enter sales orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness

• Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with payroll and special accounting projects

• Support office operations: answer overflow calls, provide excellent customer service, and keep things organized

• Collaborate closely with our CFO and office staff to keep Bee’s running at its best

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized

• Positive attitude with the ability to handle new challenges

• Excellent communication and customer service skills—even when faced with tough conversations

• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (QuickBooks or similar is a plus)

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred, but we’re open to training the right motivated candidate
