What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking quality menu items
- Assisting with food prep, portioning, and plating
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Working alongside a team to deliver exceptional service
- Helping with stocking and inventory when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Steakhouse or grill experience is a plus
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
