Looking for a steady 2nd shift opportunity with a growing food manufacturing company in LaSalle? We are seeking reliable Packers to join a busy cookie production team! This position is responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing delicious products while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
Pay: $19.50/HR
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
Must be open to working 12-hour shifts as needed

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
Must be open to working 12-hour shifts as needed
Responsibilities:
- Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality standards are followed at all times
- Inspect products and remove defective items from the production and packaging line
- Operate, monitor, and stock packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot minor packaging machine issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Must be available for 2nd shift and open to 12-hour shifts as required
