Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Part‑time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours vary by project)
Location: Flathead Valley + occasional out‑of‑town travel

What You'll Do

• Assist with demolition and site preparation activities
• Handle materials and perform general job‑site cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment
• Work efficiently as part of a small team
• Travel to local and occasional out‑of‑town job sites
• Wear a respirator when required (fit test required)

What You Bring

• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Ability to work well in a small team
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work on ladders and in varying job‑site environments
• Willingness to travel out of town for up to one week at a time
