We're seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman with strong knowledge of hardscapes, patios, retaining walls, and excavation work. This role is hands-on, leading a small crew on high-end projects that go far beyond mowing and trimming.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a crew on residential and commercial landscape construction projects
- Build and install patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, walkways, and water features
- Perform concrete work, brick/stone laying, and excavation with skid steers or similar equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and layouts
- Ensure quality workmanship, site safety, and efficient use of materials and labor
- Communicate project updates to management and clients as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in hardscape construction and patio/retaining wall builds
- Ability to supervise and train a small crew effectively
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and site prep for hardscape projects
- Comfort operating skid steers, mini-excavators, and related equipment
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
