Location: Hopkinton
Pay Rate: $23-$32/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start (40 hours/week, with potential for overtime)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Plant Installer to support planting and landscaping projects. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plant materials based on landscape plans
• Prepare planting areas by digging, grading, and adding soil, compost, or mulch
• Load, unload, and transport plants, tools, and materials to and from job sites
• Assist with layout and spacing to ensure proper plant placement
• Water, stake, and provide general care to newly installed plants
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow direction from crew leaders and adhere to safety standards
• Assist with additional landscaping tasks such as mulching, edging, and site clean-up

Qualifications:

• Prior planting and landscape installation experience
• Ability to read or follow basic landscape plans/layouts preferred
• Knowledge of proper planting techniques (trees, shrubs, perennials)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Reliable and punctual (must be able to start at 6:00 AM)
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to take direction
