Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Landscaper / Property Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks, ensuring properties remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Maintain landscapes, gardens, and outdoor areas by planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Assist with seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing.
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs.
- Follow company safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
