Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $34.44
- Schedule: On-call days, typically 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
- Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using commercial-grade equipment
- Apply fertilizers and weed control treatments as directed
- Perform seasonal clean-up tasks such as leaf removal and snow prep
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisor
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
- Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Drug screen and background not required
