Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
• Lead a small team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and quality checks
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain supply inventory and communicate any restocking needs
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures and expectations

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-Time: Monday through Friday
• Afternoon Shift
• $12.00 per hour
