Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead glass installation projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction.
- Measure and cut glass to precise specifications for various installations.
- Install glass panels, doors, and other products while ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
- Train and mentor junior team members on installation techniques and safety.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.
- Conduct site inspections prior to installation to assess and prepare for project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a glass installer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of glass types, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle various glass materials and tools.
