• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Must be able to communicate fluently in both languages.
• Forklift experience is a must - you'll be operating machinery on a regular basis.
• Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles in a production environment.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
