Lead Sign Installer

Located in tigard, OR

A local media and advertising company in Tigard is looking for a Lead Sign Installer to take charge of on-site installations for a wide variety of signage projects - window decals, vinyl wraps, wall signs, billboards, and more. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be running a small install crew, working directly with clients, and making sure each job is executed safely, cleanly, and on time.

Job Duties:

• Lead a two-person install crew on signage projects at client sites
• Drive a company vehicle (van or truck) to and from install locations
• Use power and hand tools to install signs on windows, buildings, posts, and more
• Work from lift trucks (up to 40 ft.) when needed-training provided if necessary
• Interpret install specs and convert measurements (e.g. mm to inches) as needed
• Ensure proper placement of signage, including visibility and safety (triangle trajectory clearance, traffic sightlines, etc.)
• Handle permitting tasks such as calling in digs, utility checks, and city coordination
• Communicate with office staff and clients to ensure accurate job execution
• Take ownership of site layouts, install methods, and safety compliance
