Express Employment Professionals is seeking Leasing Consultants for multiple luxury apartment properties in North Colorado Springs. These positions are 1-3 month assignments and start ASAP. The Leasing Consultant serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a key role in showcasing the property's lifestyle, amenities, and brand through exceptional customer service and sales expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Present units to prospective clients
  • Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
  • Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
  • Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
  • Validate application information and references
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software and CRM systems

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Leasing Consultant
  • Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
  • Experience with Entrada or Yardi
  • Good understanding of MS Office
  • Exquisite presentation
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Pass pre-employment background check
