Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, renewals, and claims support
- Sell and service Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products
- Discuss Life Insurance options and coverage needs with clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in client interactions professionally
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage recommendations
- Maintain compliance with Illinois insurance regulations
- Process policy documentation and update client records accurately
- Work closely with team members to support office goals and customer retention
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
