What You'll Be Doing

Key Duties Include
- Prep, cook, and plate food according to recipes and presentation standards
- Portion, peel, cut, wash, and mix ingredients as needed
- Label, rotate, and store food properly
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and sanitary
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level OR Experienced food prep/line cook
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
- ServSafe Certification preferred, but not required
- Must be available to work some weekends
