What you'll do:

• Lead and support production team members throughout the shift
• Monitor production schedules and ensure goals are met
• Train new employees and assist with ongoing team development
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed
• Troubleshoot production issues and communicate with supervisors
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

What you need:

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $24.00 per hour
• Days/hours: 2nd and 3rd Shift Available
