Liquid Fill Operator

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Liquid Fill Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining chemical processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following strict safety and quality standards.

Location: St. Clair County, IL
Day Shift: $19.00/hr
Afternoon Shift: $19.75/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical processing machinery and equipment
• Follow batching instructions and production schedules accurately
• Measure, mix, and load raw materials according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Maintain accurate production and safety records
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and use of PPE
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred (chemical processing experience is a plus)
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
